Return policy:
Returns must be sent to Scrub Authority within 15 working days of receipt of your order. All returned items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
All orders under the minimum ordering quantity of 25 will be coded on an “S”.There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items.
Please call Scrub Authority at 303-991-1258 for a return authorization number before sending back your items.If a return authorization number is not issued, we cannot accept your return.

Shipping Policy:
Orders ship within 48 hours if your order is placed before 10 am Mountain Standard Time. We ship from multiple vendors so shipping charges will vary accordingly. Please call our office to confirm shipping charges if your order includes multiple vendors. Our apologies, however, we do not accept third party billing.
